DESCRIPTION
The SGM2240xQ is a low dropout positive voltage regulator. It is capable of supplying 1A output current with typical dropout voltage of 1.25V. The operating input voltage range is from 2.7V to 20V. The fixed output voltage range is from 1.5V to 12V and adjustable output voltage range is from 1.25V to 18V.
